Return Policy

Pace Lighting Return Policy & Terms of Sale

  • All returns and exchanges must occur within 30 days of receipt of product. If more than 30 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, items must be in original, new, uninstalled condition with all original parts and packaging. Pace Lighting will inspect the product at the time of return to confirm it is in original condition.
  • Fixtures that have been installed or altered in any way are not eligible for a refund.
  • Other items that are not eligible for return are:
    • Custom ordered items
    • Made to order items
    • Final sale showroom displays & close outs
    • Open box
    • Overstock
    • Large orders (single fixtures over $5,000, or orders totaling over $5,000 on multiple quantities of the same fixture)
    • Holiday décor once the current calendar year holiday has passed.
  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are not refundable.
  • Full in store credit can be issued for any return that is eligible and returned brand new in the box.
  • Please note that customer is responsible for all return shipping charges to ship an item back to our Savannah, GA warehouse or you may deliver it directly to our showroom.
  • If you do not wish to receive in store credit for your return, a return shipping fee of 20% is applied to all eligible special ordered items returned that are new in the box for immediate refund via your method of payment. This fee covers our shipping & handling charges back to the manufacturer.
  • Items originally sold from Pace Lighting's stock are eligible for full refund if new in the box. Please note that many items listed as “in stock” on our website are actually in the manufacturer’s warehouse stock. This means the product is available and will ship to you quickly, but it is not in our Savannah, GA warehouse. Please call or email the store any time if you would like to check to see if an item is in our local warehouse inventory.
  • All fixtures have a one-year manufacturer's warranty against defects from the date of purchase. Some fixtures & LED lamps have extended warranties. If an item is defective, please notify Pace Lighting immediately and we will get you a no charge replacement of that same item as quickly as possible as long as it is under warranty. Please note that fixtures & fans are covered by a manufacturer's warranty, but any labor or shipping costs incurred due to the defective item(s) are not covered under any warranty.
  • Any orders cancelled prior to product shipment from the manufacturer incur no penalty fees.
  • If you have a special request or situation, please contact Pace Lighting directly.
